Pelican Foundry LLC ("we," "us") operates this website, pelicanfoundry.com, and builds Probity, a fraud and embezzlement detection product for small businesses. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. Data processed within the Probity product itself is governed by the agreements we enter into with our customers.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you submit our request-info form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any notes you include. This information is delivered to us by email and used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. Our web server also keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Sharing

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
